Superhero Social

 We had a very special gathering where we called all of our Superhero's for a top secret get together where they could power up with a snack, run through an obstacle course and then zoom out to get ready for learning the next day!  Just in case a mask or a cape was forgotten, we were here to save the day by providing one so the Super hero's in training could have no worries while climbing, testing their strength by lifting super weights and bending noodles with their bare hands! It definitely was a "Super" gathering and one we would likely do again. Its a bird, it's a plane, it's the Superhero's of AOFC !!!!

Summer Kick Off

 It is officially summer at AOFC and we kicked it off with water, a foam party and shaving cream all in one week!  Everyone was so excited to welcome in all the fun that summer holds with our Foam party on the playground followed the next day with water day and then wrapping up the week with our first ever shaving cream slide which was a huge hit! Summer at AOFC is our favorite filled with learning and so much fun that makes each day an exciting adventure.  We love summer activities at AOFC!

KBC Kick Off

Kindergarten Boot Camp is an exclusive eight-week program that will have your cadet trained and ready for Kindergarten in no time!  Over the next several weeks, we will focus on important skills needed to navigate Kindergarten with ease and the cadets will focus on four themes: Kindergarten Routines, School Safety, Phonics/Literacy, and Character Building.  Today our cadets kicked off boot camp by receiving their uniform and supplies that they will need for the coming weeks.  We can't wait to see all our cadets march into their Kindergarten experience with all their new skills ready to be put to use.  Kindergarten here they come!!

AOFC Mother's Day

 We love our moms at AOFC and had such a fun gathering for them including delicious food,  a sugar scrub station where they could make and take it, a photo booth as well as some fun give aways just for mom!  Without all of these amazing mothers and their sweet kids, AOFC would be a very different place as our families are what create the nurturing, loving and family oriented environment that all of our kids and our teachers thrive in.  We are so very lucky to loved by our own moms and we were honored to celebrate the AOFC moms we get to see each day! Happy Mother's Day from AOFC!

Bringing in Spring at AOFC

 We are all about the beautiful spring weather at AOFC and to bring in spring there was a car wash set up on the Preschool playground to wash all the bikes to make them shiny and clean.   There was also a super fun pond sensory bin that included butterflies, dragonflies, frogs and a bit of blue water to experience.  Pre K classrooms to the Toddlers loved touching each thing, looking at it and putting it back into the blue water.   They even spotted some butterflies, beetles, ladybugs and a worm on the playground which lead to all kinds of amazing hands on learning! We love spring at AOFC!

Easter at AOFC

 We love celebrating Easter at AOFC and we kicked off our festivities with a visit from the Easter Bunny who is a favorite each time he hops over to hand out hugs and high fives.   Probably the favorite of all the families especially the kids is our Easter Egg Hunt which were collected by classrooms and totaled in one classroom alone at over a thousand!!! That is a lot of Egg hunting fun! Each child had dozens of eggs to take home and enjoy opening with their families.  AOFC loves celebrating with families and Easter is no exception.  Happy Easter from our AOFC family to yours!

Bike day!

 It was bike day at AOFC and it by far is the most favorite of days because whether they could ride a bike a scooter, tricycle, big wheel and everything in between it got to come to school for bike day!  We had friends that were pros on two wheels and some just starting out but everyone was having a blast riding around, racing each other and checking out each others cool wheels.   Bikes, trikes and scooters were doing laps all while smiles, squeals and lots of laughter filled the air.  We love bike day at AOFC!
