Pre K Prom

 It was a giddy up good time on Friday at AOFC for the annual Pre K prom, this year's theme was Cowboy's and Cowgirl's voted on by the Pre K classes.  Everyone arrived shouting Yee-Haw, with boots clicking and hats flying,  they were ready to two step as they came in the doors and followed the path to the decked out Enrichment Room.  Balloon animals, swords, and wands are just a few of the things that were requested from our awesome Balloon artist Mr. Rodney.  DJ Chris was making sure everyone hit the dance floor with his mix of country songs as well as the ones popular among the Pre K's and no one stopped dancing until the music did.  The Pre K's came , they sang , they danced all the way to the very end of the night.  Lots of smiles, hugs, thank-you's and high fives were given as the cowboy's and cowgirl's left for the night and it was definitely a fun night for all!

Muffins with Moms

 We celebrated a very special day at AOFC one where we honored all the amazing women that come in our doors each day and entrust their little ones to us.  Muffins with Moms was a huge success and all the kids were so excited to give their mom the handmade gift that they made each one unique in its own way. There were lots of smiles, hugs, and muffins given out at our annual Muffins for Moms event to honor all our AOFC moms for Mother's Day.  We love our moms at AOFC!

Teacher Appreciation Week

 This is a very important week at AOFC, its Teacher Appreciation Week,  the week that we honor all of our amazing teachers for all of the love and hard work they pour into each and every child they encounter in their classrooms.  It is a week of special treats, lots of thank yous, yummy food and thank you's all around for the amazing women and men that come through the door each day.  We are so lucky they are a part of our AOFC family and it is our pleasure to love and spoil them this week!  We LOVE our teachers!

April Showers bring May flowers!

 We are blooming at AOFC from handprint flowers to hand drawn flowers, our classrooms are all decked out in their own colorful versions of May flowers.  Our walls, classrooms, bulletin boards are all blooming with special flower creations from the kids and even teachers which has lead to the burning question, What is your favorite flower?!  Tulips, daisies, roses, lilies just to name a few, are just some of the favorites rounding out the top of the list for most of our educators. Everything is coming up Roses at AOFC and we can't wait to see what the rest of May brings us!  Happy Spring!
